The ideal candidate will be a very self-driven individual, strong HR background and ability to lead large teams!

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

• Experience in recruiting candidates who have experience in the Quick Serve Industry
• Prior Experience as a Human Resource Generalist. Ability to travel to all company locations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly ethical
• Prefer a college graduate, or associate degree, but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
