As a Contracts Administrator you will oversee Amivero’s contractual obligations of high risk and visibility. You will manage a diverse and competitive portfolio containing prime and subcontract business to include cradle-to-grave (prime and subcontract administration). Requirements:

What Your Day Might Include…

  • Review, interpret, and distribute contract awards, modifications, and related administrative documentation as required for assigned government contracts.
  • Coordinate negotiations with individuals that have different objectives or represent divergent interests to obtain contractual agreement on terms and conditions that are in the best interest of the Company, as aligned to the core business interests of the firm.
  • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders (Ops and BD) to client Contracting Officers and Contract Specialists and generate and respond to correspondence to and from Contracting Officers and Specialists as well as consultants/subcontractors/vendors.
  • Support Business Development initiatives through negotiation of NDA, TA’s and the drafting of subcontractor data calls to include pricing and proper flow down of requirements from the prime contract.
  • Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions, specifications/statement of work, price, date of delivery and other contractual provisions with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to discuss subcontracting requirements and answer any questions concerning the required subcontract type (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.), and to facilitate the completion of all required backup documents to initiate and execute a subcontract; ensure that drafted subcontracts are consistent with legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations.
  • Assist Requestors in filling out/creating the subcontract required documentation.
  • Create and maintain official subcontract files with all required backup documentation.
  • Provide support and/or requests for information to co-workers, subcontractors, and auditors.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate management regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.
  • Build positive relationships with subcontractors by maintaining excellent internal and external customer service standards.
  • Frequent interaction with internal and external customers.
