The agency consists of multiple programs that are created to empower people in Halifax, Charlotte and Mecklenburg Counties of Southside Virginia. Through collaborative efforts, engaged staff and partnerships, Tri-County is able to further our mission to eliminate the violence of poverty through advocacy, empowerment and self-sufficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
The Family Support Worker (FSW) provides home visitation services to pregnant and parenting families with children ages 0-5 who demonstrate an increased risk of child abuse and neglect.
