You'll get to....

• Serve as the subject matter expert on the Britework's curriculum & materials, providing technical support as needed for CCFW staff and clients.
• Develop & conduct pregnancy and parenting trainings for agency clients.
• Provide holistic resource support for clients seeking childcare, transportation & housing assistance.
• Connect clients with community resources available through key community partnerships you have developed and maintained.
• Oversee the CCFW Baby Closet, determining and assessing a set schedule, coordinating volunteer assistance, and coach clients in resource planning.
• Host and attend childcare and community resource trainings to gain expertise.

Are you the newest Family Support Specialist?

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field OR a combination of education and experience.
• Experience with conducting trainings and resource planning for clients required.
• Familiarity with low-income populations and their needs preferred.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas drivers license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
