Benefis Health System, in Great Falls Montana, is recruiting Family Medicine Physicians to join our established, hospital employed medical group in Great Falls Montana. We are able to accommodate a general outpatient Family Practice (non-OB), or can offer additional areas of work based on interests, including but not limited to: Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, Employee Health Plan Clinic, Geriatrics, Transitional Care, and more! Details

• Current general practice has 7 physicians and 3 APCs (2 physicians also choose to see patients in palliative care, hospice and geriatric areas of their choice)
• Satellite practice has 1 departing Family Practice physician (relocating to take care of elderly parents) and 3 APCs. Our staffing goal is 2-3 FP physicians, 2 APCs and 2 Walk In providers
• Full-time - 4 or 5 day work week
• Radiology, Lab, and Walk-In Clinics onsite at both locations
• Opportunity to pick up Urgent Care or Hospitalist shifts if desired but not required
• Hospital employed with 330 employed colleagues: Urology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Interventional, ENT, Plastics, Pulmonology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Regional Cancer Institute, and more
• Patient volume and work flow allow for great work/home life balance with flexibility to create your ideal schedule

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with RVU bonus opportunities.

• $6k CME/Licensure annually
• $40k sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
