Job Summary
Facility Security Officer (FSO) to supervise and direct security measures across the company’s global operations to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices, as well as streamline otherwise routine processes. This position is highly dynamic and integrates with multiple business units and interfaces with representatives from partner companies and is the main security point of contact for relevant government personnel.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Complete DoD and IC customer self-inspections and audits/assessments
  • Conducts investigations of known or suspected security infractions/violations and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain classified accredited systems and their security plans as required
  • Input Collateral and SCI visit requests into DISS and letter format as required by the customer
  • Conduct eQIP, initial and periodic reinvestigation maintenance
  • Properly destroy classified materials as required
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and conducting Annual Security Orientation, briefings, and education programs
What You Need to be
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience with NISPOM
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
  • 3+ years of relevant experience providing support to a government contractor’s security office, with demonstrated familiarity with NISPOM guidelines and industry best practices, as well as the ability to navigate DISS
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with security and safety programs
  • This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

  • Knowledgeable of SAP Programs and requirements.
  • Ten (10) or more years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • FSO certification
