POSITION OVERVIEW Take ownership of the property and facilities by overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, safety,and cleanliness. Preventproblems before they occurbydeveloping, implementing,and overseeingpreventive maintenance programs that include routine inspections and maintenance of structures and equipment, along with evaluation of processes.Administrative duties include required paperwork, setting Team schedules, continuoustraining and ensuring Team Members follow all safety regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESOversee building and grounds maintenance.Operate and maintain custodial functions.Ensures that the facilityand equipmentareclean and maintained according to Company policies and procedures.Oversee and supervise the quality of work of direct reports to ensure all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, effectively, and safety.Performs tasks in accordance with ASTM, OSHA,and State standards and regulations. Maintain manual and electronic documents, files,and records (inspection records, time sheet, work orders and requisitions, supplies, chemical storage, crisis management data, security controls) for the purpose of documenting activities and ensuring an up-to-date reference.Ensure rides, attractions and pools are inspected and tested daily prior to Guest use.Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessaryManage and review service contracts.Conduct anddocument regular facilities inspections.Check completed work by vendors and contractors.Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility modifications.Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management.Manage Team ensuring all Team Members are following Company policies and procedures and are working safely and efficiently.Oversee pump room operations for proper pool clarity andchemical balance. Ensure County Board of Health and State Amusement regulations are adhered toEnsure rides, attractions, pools, and mechanical rooms are winterized properly at end of season. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSAt least two years in a supervisory roleexperience.At least twoyears maintenance/mechanicexperience.Hands-on knowledge and experience in the safe operation of a variety of tools, machinery, lifts, and power equipment used in performing essential functions.Problem solving and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in various computer softwareprograms.Certified Pool Operator certification required within threemonths of hiringCertification from AIMS, NAARSO, IAAPA, or other Industry programs a plus.Proficiency in English.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.Ability to satisfy all physical demands: osignificant lifting, carrying, pushing and/orpulling up to 50 poundsofrequent stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawlingoreaching aboveshoulder level; fine finger dexterity.Ability to withstand a variety of indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays as required.
