Responsibilities:
This Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for facility duties as follows:
Peraton is seeking a cleared Facilities Maintenance Technician in Colorado Springs, CO., located at Schriever AFB, to support our NOALS program to provide facilities support services to our mission critical Government customer. The NOALS (NOPS Operations and Launch Support) conducts real time on-orbit support, launch ascent support and End-of-Life operations for all NOPS supported operations.
This Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for facility duties as follows:
- Assist with environmental/Hazmat tracking system
- Perform minor maintenance on cleaning equipment
- Cleaning and stocking of bathrooms and showers
- Vacuuming, dusting and cleaning of general office areas, hallways, lobbies, etc… for three buildings
- Emptying and disposal of trash and recycling
- Perform inventory of cleaning supplies and create order list
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with four (4+) years of work experience
- Ability to perform physical janitorial tasks
- Lift medium up to 50 lbs
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly
Desired Qualifications:
- Top Secret/ SCI with Poly
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work with others with good team player skills
- Familiar with Schriever garrison’s security measures
- Familiar with the 50 Space Wing mission
- Basic computer skills
- Self-starter / motivated to create own tasks

Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $30,000 Salary Mid: $60,000 Salary Maximum: $75,000 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
