Facilities Maintenance Attendant

As a Facility Maintenance Attendant, you will be a vital member of the locations team and act as a Visual Gatekeeper. This particular role is great for someone who enjoys working independently and has a keen eye for cleanliness!
You will:
- Ensure that all facility grounds are safe, clean, and well-maintained ensure all equipment is fully operational
- Clean common areas
- Empty trash and garbage containers
- Empty wastebaskets and replace liners
- Clean restrooms, break rooms
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Restock supplies
- Buff tile floors
- Spot clean soiled areas on carpets as needed
- Wash walls,
- Clean sinks and counter areas
- Other comparable duties will be required
Requirements:
- Ability to properly use a wide range of chemicals according to state and federal regulations;
- Handling and disposing of hazardous materials and blood-borne pathogens with care.
- Work effectively in and around the public
- Operate manual and power equipment
- Perform physical labor
- Maintain cooperative working relationships
- Ability to read, understand, and explain manufacturers warnings, labels, instructions, and
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
