The Acadia Comprehensive Treatment Center Region 23 operates outpatient addiction recovery centers across the state of PA. Our operation team provides daily oversight and management of an outpatient facility for patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. Your Responsibilities as a Facilties Director:

• Coordinate CAPEX needs with RVP, SVP, CFO and forecast future needs.
• Forecast effective plan on deployment of capital and budgeting.
• Research and vetting locations for new business and or CTC relocations.
• CTC point person for landlord and CTC management to coordinate and remedy solutions in a timely manner.
• Implement CTC best practice solutions on problems at legacy sites.
• Ensure the facility is in a sanitary, attractive, safe, orderly condition and in compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Ensure proper operations and maintenance of water systems, emergency electrical systems, sewage systems, primary electrical systems, telephone systems, fire alarm systems and heating and cooling systems.
• Develop facility maintenance plans, timetables for completion and recommendations for maintenance projects.
• Serve as project manager for small scale, short duration projects.
• Coordinate and manage outside service vendors/contractors/real-estate agents and maintenance staff to complete projects as assigned/necessary.
• Includes relationships with local vendors to ensure building maintenance including; plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, minor repairs and electrical work is completed.

Your Skills and Qualifications as a Facilities Director:

• 
  High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field preferred.
• Two or more years college level construction trade education or five or more years’ of construction/maintenance experience required.
• Ten or more years’ construction/maintenance supervisory experience preferred.

• Valid state driver's license, where required in a facility.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.
• Valid Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) will be a plus.
