SUMMARY: To create and design new layouts and blueprints for facilities remodeling and expansion projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage innovative designs of interior, exterior and surrounding area remodels and expansion projects for Treasure Island and Prairie Island facilities
- Assist with project management of in-house and contracted projects under $500K
- Work with outside business partners on expansions and remodels in excess of $500K
- Keep up-to-date with ADA, AIA and Uniform Building Code standards and implement as required
- Review and revise details, drawing files, etc. as changes are completed
- Setup and maintain blue print filing system, AutoCAD and data file system
- Create charts, presentations and database files for project justifications / updates
- Assist in maintaining facilities standards and project time management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified AutoCAD training or equivalent experience
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner
