Facilities Corrective Maintenance Manager

Here’s the Gist:
This is an opportunity for those who like to be challenged in different ways each day and have a passion for helping others succeed. In this role, you will represent a team of experienced technicians in a complex manufacturing atmosphere both at an office desk and in the field.
The Day-to-Day:
- Support a team of corrective technicians as issues arise
- Manage the daily schedule for the corrective technicians
- Communicate with internal departments and direct repairs
- Develop reports for management associated with the team’s workload
- Help maintain maintenance records
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
- Have prior management experience
- Have industrial maintenance experience
- Can respond outside of “normal” business hours to support your team
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds, feel comfortable using ladders and lifts, be able to walk and climb regularly
