The Director of Hospital Facilities and Plant Operations will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Supported by supervisors as well as a large team of Sr. Engineers, this person will play a key role in the management of the Engineering Department.

The Director of Hospital Facilities and Plant Operations will play the crucial role in implementing the overall maintenance of the hospital facility, grounds, and operations. They must be able to collaborate with all levels of the facility to ensure regulatory compliance is achieved and unite all Engineering teams. The Director of Hospital Facilities and Plant Operations will ensure all budgets and statements are precise and accurate, organize meetings with the staff to ensure that everyone is on the same page, and oversee all operations of future development plans for the facility. The Director of Hospital Facilities and Plant Operations will also use their educational and professional experience to put policies into place that comply with OSHA guidelines. The ideal candidate will have hospital director level facilities or plant operations experience.
