Job description
Lincoln Tech in Marietta, GA is looking for an energetic, customer-centric bilingual Receptionist /Admissions Facilitator. You would support the Admissions office's strategic goals, helping to administer the day-to-day workflow. You would be responsible for managing large volumes of confidential information with strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and exceptional customer service skills. Work schedule: Mon.-Thurs. 11-8 and alternate Fridays and Saturdays: 9-2.
Key Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Bilingual Spanish-English highly desired
Responsibilities
- Support Admissions initiatives by assisting students throughout the application process
- Maintain admissions-related data and correspondence
- Provide overall support to the Admissions Department
- Report to the Director of Admissions
- Must be extremely task driven and capable of organizing their priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED
