Job Title: Facebook Community Manager
Reports To: Copy and Community Manager

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid – 2 Days in Office

Job Summary:
You will help moderate the student discussion forums on Facebook and play an integral role in enhancing the student experience in both the Health Coach Training Program (HCTP) and advanced courses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee HCTP and advanced course Facebook discussion forums, monitoring discussions and mentoring moderators to post engaging content, answer student inquiries, and coach students throughout the courses
- Moderate Facebook groups to provide additional coverage and support for moderators as needed
- Schedule all Facebook post for the HCTP groups and maintain the post schedule spreadsheet
- Train and manage Facebook moderators and community managers, including weekly or bi-weekly check-ins.
- Moderate all HCTP Welcome Webinars and End of Year Webinars
- Manage and participate in advanced course webinars, including updating the scripts and PowerPoints for each webinar
- Answer Facebook-related student Help Center tickets in Zendesk
- Maintain moderator training resources, feedback documents, IIN Social Media Guidelines, and the Facebook Group Community Manager and Best Practices documents
- Participate in course audits and suggest feedback to Education team on what is and isn’t working in each course, based on student comments and moderator feedback
- Review group analytics and moderator feedback and provide recommendations for increasing engagement
- Streamline moderating process while considering changes and modifications to Facebook platform
Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads a team of passionate Facebook Moderators
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient social media skills, especially Facebook
- Experience in the fields of holistic health, coaching skills, and business
- Community management experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- Positive attitude

Compensation:
$27.00-$33.00 per hour
