Job description
Overview: This position will supervise, train and inspect the performance of the Pool Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. S/he will assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Responsibilities:
- Prepare staff assignments according to department procedures
- Monitor staff performance in all job functions, ensuring that all procedures are completed to standards
- Assist Pool staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests
- Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed
- Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and monitored
- Ensure all closing duties for staff are completed before staff sign out
- Conduct training of staff as assigned
- Valid certification in first aid and CPR
- 2 years experience in Pool/Beach services
- Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal
- Provide legible communication
- Compute basic mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals and maintenance
