Job description
We are looking for skilled Professional Painters to paint the exterior structures. An excellent painter is knowledgeable in exteriors painting processes. They have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable. They must possess mechanical aptitude and possess great attention to detail in completing their duties. The goal is always to deliver high-quality painting work.
Responsibilities for Professional Painter
- On-site property protection
- Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (caulk, bondo, plaster, etc)
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools
- Airless spray, brush and roll,
- Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
Skills for Professional Painter
- Proven experience as an exteriors painter
- Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to apply them
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools (Airless sprayers, brushes, rollers, caulking guns etc.)
- Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders, etc.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
- High mechanical aptitude
- Great customer service skills
Compensation
$16.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE
