The Assistant Manager generally supports the General Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. They assist in the development of the team and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the General Manager. This position will also ensure that the overall Company mission and core values are applied while consistently meeting expectations.

Position Requirements:

• Successful experience in the industry or related
• Can drive profit through customer satisfaction, increased volume, and customer loyalty
• Are production-driven through hands-on management and lead by example
• Enjoy team building including training and developing people
• Enjoy working on your feet in an outdoors, fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Have mechanical aptitude; analytic and strategic thinking ability; excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic, energy, and motivation
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule: minimum of five days per week; a minimum of 50 hours per week including weekends and nights
• Must have successful completion of a criminal background check
• Fluent in English

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
