The Recruiter is responsible for working in conjunction with the Recruiting Department in sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates to fill open positions. The Recruiter will place job ads in various online channels, evaluate applications and provide shortlists of qualified candidates based on established criteria. Ultimately, this position assists our clients in reducing time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Duties:

• Source, screen, conduct phone and live interviews
• Assist with internal and external job postings
• Attend Job Fairs
• Coordinate pre-employment criminal background checks and drug screens
• Provide Support for Front Office

Skills and Background:

2+ years high volume recruiting experience REQUIRED

Must hold valid Drivers License

Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and keep manager apprised of progress

Proven organizational and communication skills

Bilingual Spanish/English or Hmong/English preferred

Recruiter position is Full-Time, M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 / hr, DOE

An employee's actual rate of pay for this position is reliant upon various factors such as the geographic location of the worksite, the type of industry/clientele being serviced, and the employee's longevity with the company.
