Five Star Finish LLC is in need of an experienced assistant manager. The company is a high volume detail shop that works directly with wholesalers and local dealerships in the Manheim community. Five Star is moving into a bigger location in the next month, and will be growing it’s highly knowledgeable and fun team! There are amazing opportunities here for career progression. The assistant manager will be hands on with their team. While we prefer you to manage well so you don’t have to be as hands on, it is crucial that you earn the respect of your team by jumping in and getting your hands dirty too. This is not a glamorous job. You will be dealing with dirty cars in a fast paced environment. You will be dealing with bad weather and moving cars around. Fortunately for now, we do not deal with the general public and retail customers. We have large accounts that you will get acquainted with over time as you grow with us. Our customers are highly valued here.

The assistant manager will adhere to a dress code and work well under the shop manager and also with the wash bay manager. The upper management team is wonderful and highly valued here.

Incentives:
