Our clients range from tech and cannabis startups, large media and entertainment conglomerates, some of the top private equity funds in the world, and leading nationwide healthcare facilities.

The Role:

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the recruiting industry while working with top-performing recruiters in NYC.

Our program teaches and develops people to become very successful recruiters in various verticals with average incomes well over six figures.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and accountable for the entire talent acquisition process for all open roles assigned
  • Implement and execute sourcing strategies with the aim of generating a candidate flow including cold calling, cold emailing, as well as using various resources provided
  • Conduct meetings with candidates to screen and gain an understanding of their skills, interest, experience, and aptitudes
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Review resumes against requirements to ensure candidates meet technical requirements and are a cultural fit
  • Use resources to identify appropriate candidates for target recruiting
  • Develop strong business acumen in multiple industries utilizing various outside resources including the Internet, trade publications, and newspaper
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the interview process

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience working in a professional organization recruiting is preferred
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Must be attentive to detail and able to multi-task

The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well with clients and vendors. Above all else, work ethic and a positive attitude are the most important attributes that we are looking for as most of the responsibilities in this job will be learned on the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
