We have an exciting opportunity with an established cloud software company who is seeking a highly experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support their Founder/CEO in Aspen, CO. This is a fantastic, full-time role, for a dynamic individual who is business-savvy, intellectual, nurturing, and has the ability to assist with their day to day needs in a fast paced environment.

Ideal Candidates: 5-8+ years of similar executive/personal experience supporting a Founder for a large scale company (tech a plus!). Must be tech savvy, have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an ever-changing, kid and pet friendly environment, while maintaining total discretion and confidentiality.

Typical duties: Heavy complex calendar management, coordinating travel, handling phone calls and emails, being a liaison for house staff and building vendor relationships, along with handling personal errands as needed.

Location: Aspen, CO

Schedule: This is a fully in-person role and not your typical 9-5. Must have a 24/7 mentality with flexible availability.

Salary: Up to $150,000 (flexibility DOE), with benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
