EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, SECONDARY PROGRAMS
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a school or district administrator which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
Broad instructional design knowledge; Familiarity with a variety of applications of technology. Ability to plan and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to develop and provide leadership in processes for curriculum and staff development. Ability to train teachers in instructional strategies, use of technology, real-world applications, and hands-on approaches to teaching.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must demonstrate a strong focus on secondary curriculum, data analysis, and monitoring of academic programs.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides leadership and support in the development and implementation of curriculum 6 -12.
2. Supports the Chief Academic Officer.

Must possess current Florida Certification / Educational Leadership.
