Job Description
The Executive Director plays a significant role in ensuring the maximum value of the MUSC Workday solution. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to provide thought leadership and drive innovation that connects MUSC core values with employee experience.
Additional Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business
10+ years’ experience in the HR technology space with proven capabilities in leading overall Workday design, configuration, and administration experience
Experience as a senior leader with sustained high levels of project engagement
Proven ability to drive transformational change in a large environment
Demonstrated domain/industry thought leadership in HR Technology landscape
Strong project management experience
Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes
Skills
Excellent decision-making skills and ability to calculate risks and understand the impacts
Strong relationship-building skills to effectively work with numerous internal stakeholders
Ability to influence others, including senior leaders, with win-win attitude
Strong collaboration and communication skills to understand organizational needs, roadmaps, and strategy
Ability to think strategically and anticipate potential risks and challenges
Demonstrated skill in leading numerous teams cross-functionally at various levels
Excellent critical and analytical skills creating space for innovation and solution's
Strong time management skills and ability to navigate several competing priorities
