The Executive Nurse Director of Surgical and Women & Children’s Services would be joining a highly functioning, advanced medical team that has been serving their community for over 75 years. The Executive Nurse Director of Surgical and Women & Children’s Services will be responsible for performance improvement initiatives, quality outcomes, business operations, and accreditation requirements. In this position, the Executive Director of Surgical and Women & Children’s Services will have oversight of a staff of 200+ Full Time Employees consisting of skilled Registered Nurses, Nurse Supervisors, Clinical Coordinators, Charge Nurses, Unit Secretaries, Department Directors, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Patient Care Associates that will all work collaboratively with other departments. In this position, the Executive Nurse Director of Surgical and Women & Children’s Services will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
