How You Will Make An Impact


  • Directs the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing assisted living and Paramount Health Resources standards to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to the residents at all times.


  • Maintains licensure requirements and budgetary requirements.

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the facility’s programs and activities.

  • Assist each department in the use of departmental policies and procedures.

  • Establish rapport between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork.

  • Interpret the facility’s policies and procedures and employees, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, etc., as necessary.


The Skills You Will Need


  • Empathy and the capacity to care for the resident’s social, emotional, physical, and mental concerns.


  • A team player who is adaptable to modifications in the day-to-day operations to meet the needs of the facility.

  • Must be knowledgeable in and demonstrate the ability to provide quality care, a safe environment, and emotional and psychological support for the residents within the facility.

  • To direct and oversee the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current state and local standards, and with the policies and procedures of Paramount Health Resources to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate oral and written communication skills in English.

  • An Executive Director of Paramount Senior Living will meet one of the following qualifications to ensure that he/she will have the necessary education and experience to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities required of the position:

  • A Personal Care Home Administrator License from the Department of Human Services and/or licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator from the Pennsylvania Department of State, required

  • A license as a registered nurse or practical nurse from the Pennsylvania Department of State, preferred but not required

  • An associate’s degree

  • 60 or more credit hours from an accredited college or university.

  • Prior experience in administration in the healthcare field is preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • (1) Current license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of PA. preferred, (2) certificate as a Personal Care Home Administrator, required (3) valid driver’s license.

  • 18 years of age or older.

  • Ability to Pass Criminal Background Check.
