Short Description
This position will support several of the Center/Institute leaders at Cooper University Health Care. General duties include scheduling meetings, data management, composing, typing, organizing, maintaining, and distributing documents and incoming/outgoing correspondence, handling confidential personnel and financial documents, assists leaders with daily operational functions (payroll, FFS, CRF’s, purchase orders, recruitment)
Coordinate recruitment of providers (scheduling interviews, communication with applicants, CRF preparation, tracking of FTE’s, communication with medical directors)
Scheduling Meetings and managing calendars of 4 Center/Institute leads; coordinate documents for various Center/Institute meetings
Complete payroll and fee for service documents for APP’s and physicians in several departments.
Processing Financial / Contract Documents including entering & tracking of purchase orders in the Lawson System; CRF’s for providers
Creating and Maintaining Microsoft Office Documents
Ordering office supplies
Other duties as assigned
Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in secretarial or office manager role - Preferred 3-5 years
Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors, and coworkers
Computer Skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associates preferred

Scheduled Days / Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
