We are seeking a high-functioning, deeply experienced executive assistant that is open to learning to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external interactions in all matters pertaining to the President. Serving as a trusted advisor to the President, this highly visible position requires a high level of professionalism and exceptional project management, communication and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be a highly regarded problem solver who displays initiative, curiosity, confidence and excellent judgement. This position requires a team player with the ability to succeed in a high-pressure environment, superior time management skills, and a dogged dedication to getting details right matched with the capacity to understand and distil the big picture.
