About the Role
The ideal candidate is a proactive, motivated professional who possesses strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. This person has excellent attention to detail along with outstanding service-orientation, mature judgment, and independent problem-solving. S/he will be highly collaborative with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Complex and proactive global calendar management (80% of job)
-
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events (including departmental meetings)
-
Domestic and Global travel arrangements
-
Processing expense reimbursements and other expense items
-
Detailed materials preparation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and other internal systems
-
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies
-
Distribution list management
-
Assist in New Employee Onboarding set ups
-
Team player – cross coverage and back up support across admin team
-
Perpetuates Wellington culture
-
Other duties and small projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a complex, global professional environment; experience in investment management or professional services industries will be viewed favorably

Undergraduate degree preferred

Ability to multi-task and prioritize focus-intensive tasks versus easier tasks/appropriate time management skills

Ability to work independently, and as part of a team

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Expresses information and ideas clearly and concisely in writing and in person. Shares relevant information with appropriate parties, providing sufficient context and consideration of confidentiality

Ability to calmly work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
USD 55,000 - 100,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
