We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant for Archer Insights

To be successful sitting in the Executive Assistant position, you’ll need experience in the following areas

• Basic Accounting
• Finding solutions
• Marketing and Social Media
• Technology platforms such as Netsuite, builder trender, Slack, Google Drive, Excel, Etc.
• Organizing schedules, emails and documents

As the Executive Assistant at Archer Insights, you’ll be expected to:

• Assist CEO with email, calendar and schedule
• Follow up on communication with clients
• Receive documents and receipts and ensure the next steps of sending and filing happen
• AR/AP, Contract review
• Build, document and implement systems and process for administrative workflow
• Keep social media accounts and websites up to date
• Oversee event management

Where is the location and what are the work hours?

• This position is located 411 Swedeland Road King of Prussia, PA
• Full time; 40 hours per week and is a hybrid position
• $50,000 annual salary
• PTO
• Health, Dental and Vision
• 401K
