The Executive Assistant, based in New York City, is focused on building out the future of product and engineering at Sony Music Entertainment with a goal of launching best in class products across our artists, labels, and employees.
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing team to help and support the Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume meeting scheduling with internal and external parties worldwide
- Maintain highly organized and efficient calendar
- Prepare and process expense reports and manage travel arrangements
- Proactively anticipate challenges and conflicts and adapt rapidly
- Assist and lead on executive level presentations and planning
- Prepare agendas and maintain accurate notes for weekly senior management meetings
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor and attitude who is comfortable interfacing with senior management
- Proactive self-starter who knows how to rapidly anticipate and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable juggling many tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working on a global scale across multiple time zones, with occasional off-hour tasks
