Summary
We have a current opportunity for an “
Executive Assistant” located at our facility in Greenville, Indiana. In this role you will be in a very DETAIL ORIENTED position which acts in a support capacity for the business unit President. It is imperative that minute details be attended to in the manner appropriate for the situation. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills are required. Flexibility, diversity, organization and initiative are traits highly useful in this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex schedule for a busy senior executive, avoiding conflicts and minimizing downtime
- Coordinate travel and transportation for the executive
- Handle confidential material
- Maintain files, and organize and collate documents as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings
Ideal Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or, in lieu of degree, 8+ years in an Administrative Assistant position working with all levels in the organization
- Two+ years of experience with scheduling, managing calendars, making travel arrangements and itineraries, planning events and meetings, and file management
- Skilled with data collection and analysis, creating and generating spreadsheets and reports including expense reports, confidential reports and presentations
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Meeting
- Superb problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to details
- Discretion and ability to maintain the confidentiality of communications and documents
- US Citizen or Green Card holder (visa sponsorship not accepted).

- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
