Massman is seeking an exceptional candidate for an Executive Administrator role. Massman aspires to build a state-of-the-art facility in Alexandria. We are seeking a professional, energetic, and insanely organized person to be a support our CEO and executive team. This role will facilitate and organize our activities around customers, the community, and our Board of Directors. The Executive Administrator (EA) will provide planning, project management and communications support to amplify the CEO's and Leaderships Team's impact on achieving the company's mission and objectives. Additionally, the EA will build strong relationships across the organization, demonstrating the company's core values in all activities and to be a trusted partner to the CEO and Leadership Team.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Highly organized
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong background / experience working with a leadership team in a professional manner.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Team, Zoom, CRM (Salesforce), and Adobe.
• Ability and desire to lead projects and responsibilities with little to no supervision.
• Discretion, diplomacy and excellent judgment; high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
• Connector in the community. Desire and ability to coordinate employee and community events.
• Strong calendar management and prioritization skills.
• Upbeat attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and decision-oriented mindset.
