Executive Assistant
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: 80k+ DOE
JFC is partnering with a client in Manheim, PA to add a permanent Executive Assistant to their team! This is a great opportunity for a candidate with experience supporting high level executives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, edit update and manage power point presentations
- Arrange local and international travel for the CEO and executive board
- Assist with blog management including, fact checking and proofreading
- Update files
- Assist other departments as needed
- Schedule meetings and arrange conference calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of administrative experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience handling international travel
- Excellent reading, writing, grammar and interpersonal skills
