In this role, you will be responsible to:
- Working closely with the CFO compiling information for analysis of property specific and company-wide financials, drafting communications, and assisting in follow-through of strategic initiatives
- Assist Accounting, Finance, and IT Departments with special projects and administrative needs
- Exercise good judgment and exemplify a professional demeanor when dealing with all issues and situations
- Clearly communicate concerns and questions to the appropriate Leadership Team member by keeping each consistently apprised of issues and situations that need attention
- Strong organizational skills to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Talent and desire to learn the financial components of the senior housing and hospitality industries
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and the capacity to adapt effectively to various competing demands
