Qualifications
- 1 years' experience in providing administrative support at a department head or C-suite level
- Experience with proof-reading and editing
- Must be extremely organized
- Must be skilled in handling time-sensitive and confidential matters
- Experience and knowledge in PC-based Microsoft Office software

Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing schedule, tasks, documents and projects with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Managing and organizing CEO's complex schedule
- Managing several local short-term rental properties
- Arranging business and personal travel plans
- Many projects are related to real estate development and knowledge and experience in legal documents and real estate contracts is preferred.
- Preparing of documents, sending emails, making phone calls, running errands and additional tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
