INTRODUCTION

Central Neighborhood Health Foundation is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC)

committed to the Triple Aim as described by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.

Improving the US health care system requires simultaneous pursuit of three aims: 1) improving

the experience of care, 2) improving the health of populations, and 3) reducing per capita costs of

health care. Preconditions for this include the enrollment of an identified population, a

commitment to universality for its members, and the existence of an organization (an "integrator") that accepts responsibility for all three aims for that population.

SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and will assist them with daily responsibilities such as preparing reports, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and attending meetings. In addition, the Executive Assistant will be the receptionist for the corporate office and will be assigned duties such as answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and receiving mail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following functions:

· Works directly with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to support all aspects of their daily responsibilities.

· Organizes and prepares for meetings which includes gathering documents, recording meeting discussions, scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.

· Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CAO.

· Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

· Maintains various records and organizes files.

· Maintains the reception area and answers any incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

· Welcomes visitors and identifies the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.

· Maintains discretion and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

· Maintains office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.

· Communicates and orders supplies for other departments within the corporate office.

· Receives any incoming mail and distributes to the correct departments.

· Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

· Three to five years of administrative experience.

· Three to five years of executive assistant experience.

· Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge.

NECESSARY SKILLS

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
