  • Provide meeting logistics support including coordinating conference calls and other meeting technologies, meeting rooms, catering services, and other reservations as needed.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, both domestic and international, this may include obtaining visas, booking of accommodation, flights, car services, etc.
  • Handle time and expense reporting, including occasional currency exchange related tasks.

Project/Engagement/Client Support

  • Support senior experts in various project related tasks including research, compilation and production of expert reports.
  • Support senior experts in various client interactions including set up of new matters, client/partner correspondence and meetings plus billing and collection.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of high-level support experience, preferably in a professional-services setting such as consulting, legal or accounting.
  • Previous experience in organizations with global presence preferred.
  • Technical savvy is key - intermediate to advanced computer skills required in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred plus a demonstrated ability to assess, research and enjoy resolving information technology challenges.

Abilities:

  • Forward-looking thinker who demonstrates the ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems and combines a willingness to take initiative with sound judgement.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, multi-task and prioritize activities in a rapidly changing high-stress environment and be adaptable to various competing demands.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, exceptionally organized and proven time management skills.
  • Resourceful team-player with the ability to self-motivate, manage and work independently.
  • Demonstrated consistently positive approach along with the highest level of customer/client service and responsiveness.
