As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will support the global customer events program including planning, facilitating, and executing monthly webinars, regional in-person seminars, conferences and tradeshows. In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Events Manager. You will work collaboratively across all global marketing departments including Brand Design, Corporate Communications, and Digital Marketing, as well as the Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams. Domestic and international travel is required for regional seminars and tradeshows on occasion. Travel approximately 20% of the year. This full-time position is best suited for someone with 2 years of experience.

(The job is 100% remote for the time-being with the possibility of hybrid in the future.)

Responsibilities

· Support pre-event planning, on-site facilitation, and post-event reporting for all global BDP sponsored customer events (including virtual, and in-person regional events in the US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC).

· Liaise with Business Development, Sales, Solutions and Marketing to develop, coordinate and execute successful event campaigns that support revenue retention/generation targets.

· Assist with topic research based on market needs including past events analysis.

· Coordinate planning calls with Global Sales Leaders and Regional Managing Directors to develop strategy and format of each event.

· Assist with event campaign pre-launch communication to internal stakeholders.

· Coordinate the virtual event platform set-up for all virtual customer events.

· Maintain the event planning project plans in project management app.

· Coordinate, compile and ensure data quality of event pre-event and post event information.

· Create post event survey to be distributed in post event communication.

· Review survey information to create post survey event data analysis & make future event recommendations.

· Onsite coordination support at external sponsored BDP in person seminar events in the US and LATAM (travel to EMEA, APAC may also be required).

· Serve as liaison across departments and functional groups to ensure event marketing campaigns are integrated and communicated across the enterprise.

· Coordinate Global Event Budget based on costs associated to each external sponsored BDP event.

· Coordinate with Sales Leaders to organize sponsored and non-sponsored global trade show schedule and participation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or related field

· Minimum of 2 years business experience in event planning, marketing, or related field

· Knowledge of logistics and supply chain industry a plus

· Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and a range of event & digital marketing tools

· Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment

· Ability to prioritize many tasks across various teams within the Marketing Department

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
