The Events Coordinator will assist the Manager, Travel and Events with design and implementation of Firm events. They will assist internal teams with setting event budgets, planning and executing timelines, and ensuring consistency of processes and messaging for all Firm events. The Events Coordinator will maintain relationships with vendors to execute Firm events.
- Assist with planning of Firm, BU, and office events/activities. Coordinate aspects of event planning process: budget, travel & accommodations, attendance, venue sourcing, registration, mobile app, logistics planning, etc.
- Execute event details through Cvent: websites, registration, moibile app, budgets, etc.
- Coordinate and assist with set-up and delivery of digital events and hybrid events
- Help maintain vendor and internal relationships
- Review invoices, track costs and manage payment processes. Assist with reporting and email campaign tracking
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience. Experience with event planning and coordinating preferred
- Intermediate level proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong ability to build relationships
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask/work on multiple projects
- Travel up to 5%
