Responsibilities

• Source hotel, venue, transportation & flight inventory.

• Negotiate supplier contract terms.

• Destination development & maintaining supplier relationships.

• Manage supplier contracting process.

• Own the sourcing process from end to end.

• Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts contain all details of the negotiation.

• Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns against program budget.

• Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.

• Organize vendor meetings for business development trips.
