Street Team Member
Four Entertainment Group (4EG), located in Cincinnati OH, is looking for outgoing, personable candidates to join our street team. This is a part-time position perfect for college students or recent college graduates. Weekend and evening availability is a must!
4EG is a privately held, local company founded and helmed by four partners that acquire, develop, and manage a wide-ranging roster of exceptional establishments including
Beeline,
Igby’s, The Lackman, Low Spark, Pilar, The Stretch, The Righteous Room, The Roosevelt Room, Rosedale, The St. Clair, Keystone Bar & Grill, and Keystone’s Mac Shack.
PURPOSE & GENERAL SCOPE
Street team members will work to increase brand awareness and traffic at 4EG’s establishments through personal interactions and word-of-mouth marketing. As a street team member, you will be an ambassador for our company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend and document various in-store marketing campaigns and events
- Hand out flyers, coupons, invitations, and other print materials throughout the community
- Spread brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing techniques
- Encourage consumers to attend events or purchase products
- Assist with check-in and programming during VIP events
- Pass out merchandise, swag, and apparel to guests
- Set up, transport, and break down event equipment as needed
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
- Excellent hospitality and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the restaurant / bar industry a plus
