WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Helping to execute events at the lounge, including check in of customers
• Having host duties, including presentations
• Interacting with all guests entering and exiting the building in a helpful and friendly manner. Fulfill guest's needs and requests.
• Assisting with the planning and preparations, and organizing of the events
• Ensuring that the event space is clean prior to and after the event, including cleaning rentable cannabis accessories after each event
• Creating a positive, relaxed atmosphere where customers can enjoy ourselves
• Assisting with any Eventbrite administrative tasks
• Performing any other tasks and duties assigned by the event planning manager
• Addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
• Ensuring all the policies are followed during the event,
• Overseeing and monitoring the events to ensure policies are being followed
• Ensuring the events are successful from start to finish
• Cash handling pertaining to the sales and rentals of cannabis accessories

YOUR ABILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 21 years of age as required by law
• Must be a Maryland registered medical cannabis patient
• High school diploma, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year experience in the hospitality or customer service industry
• Event planning and hosting experience preferred
