We're looking grow our team Evening Line Cooks to assist our kitchen staff. Our fast-paced kitchen is responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our in house guest. The ideal candidates will have experience in food prep and cooking.

We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, who are able to coordinate effectively and work with a team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to specified recipes and production standards.
• Prepare food in a timely manner.
• Set up, break down, clean and organize work area.
• Operate kitchen equipment.
• Follow special preparation instructions for foods.

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to perform simple math calculations and follow directions for recipe production.
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Keen kitchen awareness.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
