TC Construction Company Inc.currently seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join our organization.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas:
Estimate and manage projects for Wet Utilities
Experience in Public Works as well as private construction projects
Knowledge of industry standards and specifications for Wet Utilities
Create schedules
Proficiency and knowledge of take offs
Estimating programs (HCSS a plus)
Coordinate with owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors
Schedule material deliveries
Job costing, budgets, create and manage CO's, RFI's, PO's
Experience managing a diverse group of subcontractors
Annual salary based on experience and is negotiable
