Kairos Home Improvement Inc(KHII) is looking for a Sales Estimator to join our team and help our company grow. The Sales Estimator will meet with customers to develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or a related field, strong multitasking ability, and excellent follow-up skills. He/she will be an expert communicator with success in negotiation, ambitious, hard working and dependable. This position has a base salary along with commission.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers/leads to identify and understand their needs.

Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell our services.

Demonstrate the functions and uses of the products or services to customers.

Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion.

Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle.

Stay in constant contact with new and existing customers.

Maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business and any other issues.

Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in home remodeling, experience in commercial remodeling a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience with scheduling software

Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule ensuring that all deadlines are met.

Ability to communicate well with all levels of employees within the company.

Must be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse group in a fast-paced environment.
