Duration: 6 MONTHS CONTRACT TO HIRE

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Business Admin, Information Technology, or other related field or 4 Years Experience may be considered in lieu of degree Req.
Experience
- 6 years experience in the supported business functional area (e.g finance, supply chain, human capital), preferably in healthcare to include 2 years experience working with ERP systems, preferably in Peoplesoft /Oracle required
- Human Capital Management (HCM) experience preferred
- Time and labor, HR, payroll, benefits or compensation module experience preferred
Position Responsibilities
The ERP Solutions Specialist III works with ERP leadership and key stakeholders within their functional area to implement business improvement opportunities and provide ERP system support. This position functions as a project manager and provides consulting services on how to integrate information technologies into ERP business processes.
- Define system requirements and assess impacts for new installs, enhancements, releases and upgrades to ERP system software within their functional area
- Ongoing maintenance and support as required by ERP application life cycle
- Diagnose defects encountered in ERP applications and coordinate with the ERP technical team to resolve the defects
- Triage and address system questions or concerns with ERP leadership
- Manage ERP system master data within their functional area
- Identify and support implementation of ERP business process improvements
- Create queries and reports to support end-user requirements and analysis; develop test scripts and execute testing as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders, project team and vendors in a timely manner with little or no supervision; develop and maintain ERP system training materials and job aids
- Maintain an awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans in area of responsibility
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
