A small-town hospital located Lubbock, TX , is seeking a full-time, direct hire opportunity for a ER Director. Looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join their team! Sign on Bonus included and benefits package!
Pay: Starting Range $90,000 - $125,000 Yearly,
Sign-on Bonus + Relocation
ER Director Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Amazing Full benefits package for selected ER Director
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shifts
- ER Director Responsible for planning, directing, and supervising personnel, functions, and patient care activities in the Emergency Room. Interprets and presents policies, procedures, and standards for approval and implementation in the unit. Responsible for maintaining good public relations. Must take RN House Supervisor duties as needed and provide patient care as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Performs duties in any ER nursing/clinical capacity as needed and qualified.
- Consults with staff, physicians, and other nursing units on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies and procedures to ensure that patient needs are met.
- Quick and efficient interviewing/onboarding schedule
ER Director Qualifications:
- 2 - 5 years of management experience preferred
- Must have BSN or higher
- ALS, PALS, NALS, and TNCC certifications preferred
