Summary of Position:
Job duties include the completion of consistent and comprehensive equipment test procedures and checklists under simulated wellsite conditions and proactive coordination with the frac coordinator(s) and service writer(s) to optimize efficient equipment coordination through the operations review process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of frac equipment and their operation.
- Adequate frac manifolding (rig-up/down) experience.
- Ability to run equipment to specification according to equipment testing protocols.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance of LOS equipment, frac iron and hoses.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft applications including, but not limited to, Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to perform lifts of 50-100 lbs.
- Maintains class A CDL with HAZMAT with the ability to drive various pieces of heavy equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for thoroughly testing equipment to Operations standards as outlined by Equipment Test Procedures and Checklists to ensure that equipment is ready for field conditions.
- Utilizes equipment testing reporting tools applicable to local district, including but not limited to paper documentation, Power Apps and email.
- Has a proactive role in equipment testing QC processes to ensure a high level of equipment testing efficiency and overall equipment performance.
- Complies with all LOS HSE practices and guidelines and performs job duties in the safest manner possible.
- Communicates with Frac Coordinator(s) and Service Writer(s) observed shop output and generalizes trends in failure root causes of equipment.
- Works with Frac Coordinator to adjust equipment testing procedures as necessary.
- Attends equipment training classes as necessary to improve equipment competency.

Salary:
$22-34/hr
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
