Key Accountabilities

• Perform cleaning, packaging, and labeling operations according to the company’s Quality System and ensure satisfaction of customer requirements and specifications.
• Perform required machinery/equipment maintenance.
• Follow and maintain production schedules.
• Complete all required paperwork including identification and traceability.
• Perform required in-process inspection and testing to ensure component compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
• Monitor supply levels and alert appropriate personnel of any supply needs so they may be ordered.
• Notify Supervisor or Manager of any nonconformance or discrepant parts/materials.
• Work with Supervisor/Quality/Engineering on the development of processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform machinery set-ups as scheduled/required.
• Perform monitoring and testing of clean room per established work instructions.
• Follow company rules, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a clean room or laboratory environment preferred.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use basic inspection equipment and techniques.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Must be detail orientated.
• Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and stand for 8 to 12 hours a day.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts.

Experience

• At least one year of experience in a clean room or laboratory environment preferred.

Education

• High School or better
